This run started off rocky and i actually had to switcfh shoes because of the pain my left foot. after stopping and switching shoes, i found it extremely hard to get going sgsain as the pain intensified a lot. As if my foot swelled up already. That pain continued and hurt the rest of the day. I did try to ice my foot a lot afterward.
