Felt tired and just sore this morning. I went out into the neighborhood for a few miles slow and easy. egs and body were just tired the whole ride. I headed out east on the WO&D until I got the 7-11 in Herndon and turned around and headed West towards Ashburn.I saw josh riding the opposite was just after I passed Pacific. After I saw him, I actually picked it up some and got in some decent miles at higher speeds, and even got a few miles around 20mph.
