Notes

This ride was long but not as miserable as normal. It was boring but i wasnt dying quite as bad. I think all the salt i ate yesterday helped me not sweat as profusely as normal and kept me from becoming so dehydrated so early on. The first 17 miles i did in 59:50, and i tried to keep it easier but still on level 9. Then i got water and put on a new hoodie and did another 10 miles on the bike. I dropped the level down to level 8 about 1.4 miles into the bike as i was starting to fatigue pretty badly and knew i had a ways to go. I made it through the ride though which i was happy with. Didnt cramp up nearly as bad as i was yesterday. second portion was in 36:14.
