Notes
This morning was a bit of a surprise. I was having some stomach issues and ended up getting to the gym later than i wanted. The legs were tight and i was weary abut trying to run today but still opted to try it out. It ended up being okay after i got through the first couple minutes. The run was solid and i gradually got faster.

Overall i was pleased with the run and the mileage. As long as i am able to run without pain i declare it a win.
