This run was rough. My legs felt like trash and were heavy like i had cinderblocks chained to my legs. I was having all types of discomfort and issues with my legs not operating properly. I had to grind it out this run and endure the suck. After this trash run i hopped on the upright bike to get a few miles in with hope that spinning my legs might help get them moving and not feel so stiff and uncomfortable.
