This run was tough in a weird way. I for some reason could not run nearly as well as i do on the treadmill. I think i am still having issues running anything not completely flat. On top of it being just above freezing, there were 15 mph winds that took a beating on me. It was tough and i tried to just keep moving forward. I really did 7 miles outside and then came inside and ran 2 miles on the treadmill to actually loosen up bc i only got tighter running outside. The 2 miles inside were 8:10 and 7:47. The treadmill at their house isnt the best and doesnt compare to commercial ones that have the bumpers for your feet.
