This run was done on some extremely sore/dead legs. They were all beat up still from the race on Sunday. The pace was slow as i was struggling with the humidity. I stopped once t get water as i was really hurting. The pace was getting faster until about mile 6 where i really felt apart. The last two miles were at 7:45 ish pace.
