Notes
this run started off slow since it was so damn cold and i had to adjust. The legs didnt feel too bad compared to me trying to ride my bike yesterday. The pace was solid overall and i actually got into a rhythm half way into the run where i was running mid 7's. There was somme areas i had to runn over a lot of snow and ice. One point i ran a whole mile on it and i was worried about falling multiple times.
