I felt beat to shit and sore this morning. I went out to run with no huge expectations. I figured i'd try to hit the track to get those 200's/ My right hamstring is still an issue, I did a much longer warmup and cooldown than listed on the workout but i felt i almost needed to do it to loosen up.
Average pace for the 200's was 4:42, which is solid. I was supposed to start at 3k pace and work down to 800m ace, which i didnt do exactly because i was running in the parking lot of westfields high school as their track was being used.
