Notes
this run was a bit of a surprise. I was extremely sore and legs were smashed, but I put on my lunaracers and just cruised around the muddy trails of haymarket. There was a good bit of hills and 20mph winds that did make it pretty tough at times. It felt good to run in a different area and to get a change of scenery.
