This run was done at my old stomping grounds...the manassas battlefields. It is always good to get ove there and run. The trails were really sloppy from the rain and horses on it. The miles were solid and i felt decent once i got moving. I didnt even stop for water today, which is surprising as i have hd to do it on my runs all week. the pace was decent considering it was on the trails, which tends to be 45 sec slower per mile than when i run on he roads.
