Notes

This ride was done at PF after a solid chest/back day. I was surprised my lift went so well considering how drunk and hungover i was today. I had great vascularity and solid lifts. Great mental clarity as well. I did some miles on the bike tto act as some sort of cardio. I kept the RPM around 110 and the level was set btw 8-9 most of the time.
