Notes
This was a really warm and humid run. I didnt get any shade and really was in direct sunlight. There were some pretty big hills i had to take down but the toughest part was enduring through the heat and humidity. I never got any water until i stopped at mile 10 before strides. The strides were tough as well as i was already so fatigued from the first 10 miles. I still made sure to get at least 4 in. Then did a half mile cooldown. Then literally pounded a gallon of water.
