I ran around the neighborhood this morning. The temps were nice and not too crazy hot like the last few days have been. My body on the otherhand felt like trash and was really fatigued and my motivation to train was not high. I was happy afterward to get it done though. The 14 mph felt okay and didnt hinder me much.
