Notes
This run was brutal as i was so sore and tired. The weather was warm already and humid as heck. The miles started off slow as i ventured around the local Ashburn farm trails. I did 8 grueling miles before strapping on my road flat and getting some long strides in. Which, let me say, did not feel good. I was so dehydrated.
