Today i focused on back and chest. did a good bit of shoulders as well. i could tell i was beat up and or tired just froim the long day and not sufficient food intake. I got some decent lifts in but noticed some were much less weight than normal.I did a bunch of sets doing around 10-15 reps with short rest. I didnt log how many for each as i was just going off feel and rolling with it.
