Notes
This run was a bit of a surprise. I was questioning how my calf and left leg would fare today but thought i would take a shot at running outdoors since the temps were not freezing. The legs were pretty tired to be honest as i felt that from the start. They felt a bit lethargic and therefore the miles getting started were a bit slow.
7:41, 7:29, 7:30, 7:38, 7:28, 7:31, 3:44 stopped to re-tie my shoe and turned around to head back.

Really wish i had water as i was thirsty.
