Notes
This morning's run was not too shabby. I was definitely dehydrated by the finish as i was hot as heck. The miles started slow and i ended up staying under 7 minutes the last half of the run. The last mile being 6:18. I varied my run and the route i took to get a change of scenery. Nothing too much different but id didnt stay in the neighborhood as long as usual.
