Notes
This run went further and better than expected. I was a bit sore and just tired this morning. I wasnt expecting too uch to be honest. I thought id be happy with anywhere between 4-8 miles.The weather was warmer than usual but there was 10mph winds that came out of nowhere and it went from sunny to an overcast about a few miles in.You can tell we are getting snow tomorrow and the storm is moving in with those winds and weather changes. The pace started off slow and actually was solid overall. It wasnt the easiest run as my legs began to get tired and heavy at about 8 miles but i kept on trucking.
