This run was supposed to be done hours ago but i drove around looking for a track for forever. It seemed like every track was being used. I was really upset that Westfields High was supposed to be empty based off their website but when i got there they had a full on Track and Field invitational. I ended up landing at Bull Run Middle and had to do a much longer warmup since even their track was being used.
By the rime i got to the 800m repeats, it began pouring rain and had 14 mph winds.... Not to mention my 20 minute warmup turned into 7 miles.
The 800 were rough as my legs were dead from the start but they were supposed to be starting at 3000m pace and down to 800m race pace, which didnt exactly happen.
