This morning was the coldest run i have endured in a while. It was 34 degrees outside and i felt it. My body was sore and fatigued and lkegs felt heavy but i went out and tried to relax. One thing that hurt was that i was soaked by mile 6, my hands were so cold and frozen it was painful. My gloves were doing nothing but keeping my hands wet and cold. First several miles were slow but i did end up with an average pace faster than i expected.

What kills me is that it was 34 degrees in the morning and the high today is 71 degrees. Like what the heck. Why so cold in the morning?!?!
