Notes

This run was decent and i was happy with it. I started off a little aggressive at 7.8 mph and decided to back it down 0.1 to be safe as i know i have been having issues with tightness in my hip and didnt want to risk pulling it again. So it was hot and i continued to gradually pick up the pace. I felt decent even though my legs and quads have been tired. I managed to get through the run with the following splits:

15:25 - 7:49

23:02 - 7:37

30:35 - 7:33

37:57 - 7:22

So for the most part, i was able to negative split.
