Notes
The run was okay this morning. I was sore and tired just like the last few days.That is gien though considering i am training hard. Today i was originally only going to do 3 or 4 miles but ended up doing 5.5. I never actually looked at my paces or splits on my watch today. I just ran and took a guess when i got around 5 miles. Funny enough, i was really close and just headed back. It felt nice to run that pace without aiming for it. Just running and taking in the cold ass air.
