Tried to focus on Chesst today. I started of with a set of 10 pullups and 30 pishups. I did 4 sets of everything with about 12-8 reps. Chest press, incline bench, pec fly, lat raises, machine row, bicep curls, calf raises,,and a couple others just mixed in.
