I had a long night in Richmond drinking with Jason and everyone. I went to bed at 3am and drove back towards home at 7am bc I could not sleep. I stopped at Burke lake and decided to run. I ran oni my lightweight trainers as that is all I had on me. Run was pretty quick. Felt decent and jusr a little sore.
