Notes
This run was a bit on the rough side. I felt weird and weak this morning with a slight stomach ache. I feel like im at that weird stage where my blood levels are fucked up again and my body is in a state of overtraining and shutting down on itself. My breathing and aerobic system is shit right now. The weather was rough as i ran in 19-22mph winds. Which was hard as crap at times. The temps were chill and not too bad. I just dont feel normal at all running anymore/
