I didn't feel quite the pep I normally do when arriving to the gym. I didn't take a pre-workout today and was able to notice the difference for sure. I targeted chest today and did some back to compliment it. I did lighter weight today with my lifts and focused on 12-15 reps with short rest. I wasn't able to put up the big weight today so I shifted my gears to lifting lighter.
