This was another solid ride. I have been able to push more and feeling stronger since i have been eating less meat. Not sure if its a correlation but its something i will keep an eye on. The ride was boring as hell starting off but i managed to grind it out and kept the intensity between 10-11. I would do 5 minutes on 10 and then 2-3 minutes on 11 all while keeping the rpm's around 118.
