Notes
This was a cold run on the streets around the house. I went out with the idea and expectation i was going to have to push for 3 or 4 miles as i assumed i would be super sore. I was sore but somehow i managed to get out nd take it easy and ran better than yesterday. Granted, the distance was shorter.
