This was very surprising. I was expecting to maybe make it a mile like yesterday but ended up going 3. I was tight in my groin but it was not painful so i continued to run. I did stop at 3 to be conservative and not push it too soon. I felt blessed to be able to run at all. the first mile was around 8:15, 16:05 and 23:46. So i did gradually pick it up every so often.
