Decided to run inside as the weather was in the mid 20's and there was crazy winds at 15-18mph that would have made it miserable and super hard. The treadmill had its own obstacles though. Besides being already super sore, the treadmill stops at 30 minutes which means as soon as i could get into a rhythm, i was stopped only to restart all over. I am really not a fan of these new treadmills. The effort felt hard today too as it shouldn't feel tough to maintain 8 minute pace.
