Notes
I started off with some easy miles around Piedmont looking or Bonnie McDannalds house lol The weather was super humid with a slight breeze and the temps were already mid 80's as it was suppose to be a hot one today. I stopped and got some water before running a few miles in Heritage Hunt. I was struggling as dehydration was really bad. For some reason, when i finished, i decided to go do some 200 meter strides on the concrete track at Bull Run Middle. The 200's were tough to be honest and i was able to get out strong but the last 50-100 meters is where i could tell my legs were just fried and didnt want to move. Glad i did them though as it was a change of pace and felt good to go faster.
