Notes
Legs and body were lacking energy tonight. I was going to go to the track workout ut just didn't have the energy after work, and just driving out there. I had to get stuff from Jaime's house anyways so I decided to hit the battlefield for a few miles so my drive was not pointless. It was okay for a night run. Legs were really lacking any pep and I am sure a workout would of been pointless as running even a 7 minute mile was tough. I just tried to run a little quicker, however it just didn't happen tonight. I know the hills do make it slower here but I actually did run mile 2 under 7 minute .haha
