Notes
This run was both a surprise and shock to my system. First, i wasnt expecting to make it more than a few feet since my right leg was still bothering my but instead i decided to hobble and trot around and thankfully the pain did subside after a while but the next issue was the 99% humidity and 80+ degrees already. It was painful and i was super dehydrated burt i managed to get it done.It was slow but completed nonetheless. I didnt even break 8 minute pace until mile 4.
I did feel blessed that the Lord allowed to me run today though. I missed it.
