This run was better than i thought it would be. I ent out there with the goal to at least run 4 miles since i haven't been able to run all week die to injuries and nagging issues with my legs and shin. The pace went out slow as i felt beat up and gradually i was able to become comfortable with the running. I was feeling heavy legs and fatigue but i kept trucking through it. I also wore some short shorts for the first time in at least 5 years.
