This run started rocky as my right leg was still giving me issues. I did use STEM machine in my glute/hip before running which may have helped. The issue i am dealing with is Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy.
I started slow and was able to gradually pick it up slightly as the run went on. I didnt feel as good as i did before testosterone but my normal life seems better. So i have to find the trade-offs.

It felt damn near 80 degrees when i finished. Dehydration was rough today and i really felt it and the issue was i couldnt find a water fountain since the schools had kids outside playing.
