Notes
This run went further than i expected. I was sore and beat up and figured doing an easy jog would loosen me up. For the first part, i started at 8 minute pace for 2 miles and then picked it up every 2 minutes.
The second part i was fatigued and so i ran a struggling 2 miles slow.
The last part i was so badly dehydrated but i started out at 8 minute pace and picked it up every minute.
