This run was a cold one. I wasnt expecting to run more than a couple miles but went further than expected. The pace was slow but i wasnt focused on that since the roads were super icy and there were sections with nothing but ice and since it was dark out it was tough to see it all so i leaned more on the conservative side. I felt heavy which makes sense with the lifting.Glute feels better even though it started fatugiing the last couple miles.
