Notes
This run was tough to be honest. I wasnt sure i was even going to run today but did. The weather was a little chilly since the winds were a bit heavier at around 13 mph. Startin gout i was already extremely dehydrated from giving blood last night, I just felt a bit weak this morning. Just not my normal self and the run showed it as i was struggling a bit and made it much further than i thought i would because i was already struggling a little a mile in. I just decided to keep going even though it was slow. It took me a lot more energy to do these miles and even a harder pace.
