This run was done on the Belmont Ridge parking lot of the WO&D. The run was solid. It was extremely humid with about 13 mph winds and a 50% chance of rain. It was a litttle chillier than i expected with the wind and no sunlight. The pace started slow and maintained around 7 minute pace. Then i switched out my shoes and ran one mile harder and then a slow recovery mile.
