Tonight was a decent lift. I didn't have the energy I normally have, but did get a decent pump in the gym. I did arms,so biceps and triceps were hit pretty heavy. My bicep were pumping good . I did a lot of volume focusing on sets of 10-12 reps. I did normal curls, hammer curls, Tricep extension machine, rope tricep, along with a bunch of other DB lifts. I didn't log it tonight. I did about 8 minutes of stretching afterward.I did probably 50 minutes of solid lifting.
