Wow, i was feeling so tired and beat to shit. It's crazy, i think i just can not run at night or anytime besides morning. Granted, i did drink all night last night and up til 3 am this morning and only got 3 hours to sleep following that. So i have been extremely dehydrated today. That definitely could be one reason for why i felt so shitty.
Miles were slow and i even did 2 miles of biking after this and then did some small amounts of lifting for about 40 minutes.
