Notes
This run went better than expected. Now the weather was rough as it was super humid and hot already. The legs felt tired and a bit tight but i surprisingly ran better than i expected i would. Still feeling like my stride isnt normal but it is coming around. I did stop at 8 miles to get some water and change shoes. I was very dehydrated but kept it trucking. The second portion of my run was the toughest. Man the legs were dead and running in that heat was so brutal!! I had to stop every 1/2 to 2/3 of a mile to catch my breathe as i was overheating.
