Notes
This run was brutal in its own way. I was extremely sore with pain still in my legs. I decided i would head to the track and possibly get some short intervals in but i was not able to due to my leg. This is the run where i decided to call it quits for the great race this year....The weather was okay starting off but it got literally 20 degrees hotter just during my run. It went from 70 to 91 in an hour.

I did some foam rolling on the track when i finished my run. Thank the Lord they have a water fountain next to their track!
