Istarted this run at the parking lot on Belmont Ridge. I ran East towards the Ashburn Road and then ran through the neighborhood on the left. Popped back out on the trail and came back to the parking lot. The miles were a little tough as i was feeling the humidity and heat as i got started later than usual. The trail was pretty busy this morning. Nothing crazy this morning. I did stop at mile 7-ish to grab some much needed water.
