Today ir was slightly breezy and after yesterday I was in pain. So I tried running at Algonkian Park hoping to run on some grass. The run .went well and better than expected. I started off running the first couple miles in high 7's...7:57,7:57. Then I just got a bit faster and was running 7:30's. I felt comfortable and was the opposite of yesterday where I was in pain the whole time and tightening up.
