Today I parked in ashburn next to smith switch WO&D parking lot and just ran around there. I was really sore and beat up but still had a good run even in the heavy Hokas. It was quite surprising honestly bc I was sore, legs hurt, and tired.Started off at 7:14 first mile and just got faster from there finishing with 6:12 for last mile.
