Notes
This run was rough as i was beat up, tight, and fatigued and the weather was already 75 degrees with 98% humidity. It was so humid that it was straight up foggy. I felt like i was barely moving and my watch signal was bad starting out bc the cloud cover as it was saying i was running 9:30 pace which was far from factual. I am pretty sure i ran closer to an extra half mile .
The dehydration was really bad and the last couple miles i really struggled but i made it back even though i did have to stop multiple times.
