Notes
Today I did legs. I went to my gym and tried to get as much leg work done as I could. It was pretty busy in there. I typically did 4 sets of 10-12 reps and progressively got heavier in weight. I started off with some pull ups and some general warmup. I did the machines today and they consisted of leg press, hamstring curls, Calf press, Quad machine. I threw in some pec fly, curls, and triceps just as a chance to take a breather in between the legs.
