I had a good lift and run today to start off my career at NovaList. Busy, busy day but I still found time to get after the weights. I did back and chest primarily today with a little bit of shoulder. I did chest press, shoulder press, machine row, lat puldown, pec fly, lat raises all with about 7-8 sets of 10 reps.
